ANSWER
1. (When this happened)
There was one time when I was a child, I got a severe viral fever. My dad got me to doctor in my hometown. It was a kind of clinic with one compounder and nurse. After he checked me, the compounder prepared some medicine and explained the dosage to me.
2. (What you were doing)
In that prescription, one tablet which was a heavy dose needed to be taken once a day and he gave me three tablets. So by misunderstanding the dosage, I took 3 tablets per day which was three times more than the dosage I should have had.
More was yet to come, the effect of the drug overdose showed up the next day. When I got up from bed, I felt a little pain in my neck. Then a few hours later, I noticed my head was moving to left without my control. I tried to turn to keep it straight but failed. I asked my mother for her help and she tried to keep my head straight but no use. She called my father who was at his office and asked him to come home. At that time, along with my head, my mouth started to turn left.
So my dad and I immediately rushed to meet the doctor. The clinic had a lot of patients and I had to sit there waiting for my turn. My father went inside to explain my situation. I got truly embarrassed because everyone sitting around me looking at me wondering if I had a mental disability or something. I didnt know whether to cry or laugh at that situation.
3. (And explain how you felt about it)
Finally the doctor checked my situation and gave me another medicine prescription. And thank God, I was fully cured the next day. From that time, I have always been careful with medicine.
